Welcome to the Light of Hope C.I.C.
We are a group of committed light workers who work together providing healing and teaching. Our mission is to offer hope and healing and meditation to all, through an holistic and heart-centred approach.
We aim to teach the science of metaphysics, healing, meditation and understanding of the human energy field (aura) to as wide an audience as possible. Awareness of our spiritual nature and the eternal journey of the soul are at the core of all our work.
We are a non-denominational group and have an "open door" policy, all are welcome and are free to come and go as they please and as their personal journey dictates. We acknowledge and respect all faiths as being different chosen routes to the same ultimate destination.
Over the years we have built our healing clinics, college, meditation groups and workshops and have opened an holistic shop, an apothecary and music project. We have centres in Manchester and Hebden Bridge with membership throughout the UK.
We thank you for joining us at this time and hope you enjoy our website.

Awakening the Voice: 3 day workshops with Anthony Johnston in Hebden Bridge

Creative voicework, exploring the natural voice.
Join us for one, two or all three days of voice work.
Using sound, song, improvisation, breath work and movement, we will explore the voice as an instrument of personal empowerment, moving beyond the limits we place on our ability to give voice to who we really are.
This is a holistic process that affirms the body, emotion and spirit.
The process is both liberating and therapeutic, with benefits that permeate into many areas of one’s life.
This is an opportunity to reclaim your inherent ability to give voice to who you really are, in sound and in song, within a supportive and respectful group setting.

Brighid/Brigantia - The Light-Bearer Feb 13th and 14th 2010
Much of the North of England in ancient times was called Brigantia - one of the many names of Brighid, the powerful Celtic Goddess who survived into Christian times, when many of her attributes were transferred onto the Celtic Saint of the same name. Her name comes from the Old Gaelic language and means “The Exalted One” or “The Fiery Arrow”. She is the Divine Initiator into the Inner Life and has her counterpart in traditions all over the world.
In the spirit of Brighid Herself, this weekend gathering will seek beyond the doctrinal boundaries of both Pagan and Christian traditions and explore this Everlasting One, who speaks powerfully to many of us today and is still transforming lives. Towards the end of the workshop we will ceremonially welcome Brighid, in one of the traditional Celtic ways she is still honoured today.
The focus of this workshop will be how practices and teachings surrounding Brighid are still carried within the living and ancient Gaelic tradition of Céile Dé. Newcomers to this tradition will have the opportunity to consider ongoing teachings within Céile Dé groups based in Yorkshire.
